The reality is that this site is a usability disaster. Patronising comments about "get used to change", "learn how to use it", and so on, totally miss the whole point of the internet and user interface interaction. The mods/admin are looking only for "positive feedback" rather than realising that a complaining customer is their best friend. They've buried their head in the sand and are excusing a very poorly designed and executed site. Launching it just before Christmas is a whole other problem.
