HMV are useless, I ordered a dvd nealry 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived, and they can't even be bothered to reply to emails. I'd avoid if I were you

I'd agree about HMV and delivery. I ordered a DVD for Christmas and it was posted on 2/12/07 and it still hasn't arruived. I've sent two emails which haven't been responded to and tried ringing but just keep getting didsconnected due to heavy call volume. Terrible

I agree, they spend more time on picking and packing than the time it takes for Royal Mail to get the item to your door. Hopefully they will be sent directly from the distriduter rather than HMV and actually make it before christmas.
