Pictures in Detailed View just blank

Hi all i was woundering why some pictures are working and some are just blank in Detailed View with a x marked in its place i have tried this on 2 machines and are just the same, is there a problem with the picture viewer of thenew webpage design whay are some pictures been showed and otheres are not ??? is there a bug
