I would rather pay the extra 1.99 to get it from a more reputable company.

Yep,The game is cheap but its rubbish.Borrowed it off my mate and only stuck with it for 15 mins.If you want a cheap 360 shooter go for Call Of Duty 2.

Dunno if this is any help? Comet were doing this for £4.99, plus Sonic, Need for Speed, Tomb Raider Legends and a few others. Blazing Angels was £9.99. All for the 360. Got mine from the Shirley branch on Chrimbo Eve and they had plenty.

comet have about 20 of these in my local store, not players choice either but the original in the nicer case, 4.99 a go
