I know most people buy LCD or Plasma now but for those who want a Good Brand 32" Flat CRT this is a very good price, was £349.99 for ages in Argos until they ran out of stock and no longer selling. Standard Flat Widescreen TV with Powerful 20W Output and 3 SCARTs.

I have this set and it's very good. Not sure I would buy it now though given that you can buy a cheap 32LCD for not much more.

Hi SteveA, I think you would be paying at least £100 more for a decent LCD though and many people still prefer CRT as a lot of LCD's struggle with SD Broadcasts and sports which this wouldnt, at £249.99 is a bargain!

Totally disagree with you, 9/10 from 32 reviews at reevoo - As above, a lot of people dont want or need LCD/Plasma and unless you spend £400+ you wont get anything close to CRT quality for SD broadcasts which the vast majority still watch. The amount of people whinging about the lack of LCD SD quality compared to their old CRT is still substantial.
People who vote cold should explain why, for a 32" CRT of this quality its a good deal.

I agree with Riker, for the price this is an EXCELLENT TV. The Reviews at revoo are very recent which shows theres still a market for CRT

:
Owners are very satisfied by the value for money they get from this old-style CRT set, making it their top JVC television. Three Scart sockets and a 31” screen, but it’s heavy!

People are probably voting cold as they are LCD Snobs who only watch DVD's/Gaming and dont realise that their SD broadcasts are **** lol

Its been out of stock for a few weeks. I received mine today but has to be returned due to excessive green colour bleeding on the right hand side even when no sources plugged into tv. Shame as the pic is otherwise very good and the sound is excellent. Only paid £180 anyway but the other thread had been deleted by the looks of it.
