Just popped into my local store this morning and they've got the half price on everything deal on again. This is my first time posting a deal so hope I've done it properly and it helps someone.

The one in Yorkshire Mill, Batley is the same.

I asked the assistant and it's a nationwide offer.

Julian sells his nuts at twice the going rate for 2 or 3 months, then has a so called half price sale. He spends a bit of the profit on racehorses. He's probably got a walnut and a salted cashew in the 3:20 at Wolverhampton.

On a not unrelated note, does anyone know why you can't buy brazil nuts in their shells anymore?

That's unless of course he has to compete with Holland & barret. I've found Julian's prices normally quite competitive.

Hmmm I heard the answer to this the other day but my pea brain has forgotten already
Let's face it they weren't exactly easy to crack open.

It's because the dust caused by cracking the shells causes cancer . Been that way for a few years now.

I imagine those beagles that test Benson & Hedges will be glad of a bit of extra cash.
