In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive.

well that code is on a magazine they send out - its a standard code across the UK - im sure they aren't going to check every order to see if your address was sent a magazine. MW usually very good customer service wise in my experience.
