Two discs. One cd and one dvd and a funny looking tool thingy

What do you mean by "lid".

think theres 2 versions, one tool for the slim ps2 (with a flip lid) and one for the old school fat (which hooks inside the dvd drive)

This only includes the discs and the tool for the fat version 4 to 10. I have added this info in the advert now.
