Quite cheap flights to New York and other American cities are showing up on the system - for Delta Airlines - most online travel agents have the flights.. There is no advertised sale - so considering how low they are it is not inconceivable there is an error in the booking system. Occassionally prices do fall very low but this is a rarity these days ( Delta did do a promotion last year to launch their JFK flights ).

My advice is to book quickly if interested. If these are genuine prices other airlines might react.

I only looked at dates up to April 2008

This is a cracker,just booked manchester to new york return for £199!!! Gatwick to New York is £150!!

We flew with Delta to JFK from Manchester 7 years ago, and that worked out at £150 then!!!!!! I think they have a number of seats per plane at a bargain price - probably similar to most carriers!

We are looking at returning at Christmas, but no availability yet!!!

If you book this deal, you won't be disappointed!

any reason why it takes 8h 20m LGW to JFK? Do Delta have to go on a longer route? Isn't it normally a 7hr max trip?

Shame about the customs regulations though...
