Sure about that? Looks like £25 to me...

I came here just to post this after receiving the ChoicesUK newsletter and did a search on find-dvd.co.uk first, as I always do. Sure enough ChoicesUK was cheapest. Not that find-dvd.co.uk hasn't been wrong/out of date before.

EDIT: My apologies, jamhops. CD-Wow is showing several different region versions. find-dvd.co.uk is obviously picking up on the other series'. It's the region 2/4 sets that are cheaper, I'd be careful these don't differ aesthetically from the region 2 only sets.

On another note... I hate the way the Choices UK site resizes my browser window. Or at least it does with me on Firefox.

The Seasons 1-4 £12.99 on CD-Wow are Region 2/4 - the Australian Versions.

They come in your typical standard plastic DVD case whereas the UK and US are cardboard foldouts. My Scrubs collection comprise of a mixture of the three regions so I am assuming that each country would stick to the same packaging style for the entire series.

This won't bother most, but I like to have British DVDs

The offer that CD Wow have for 12.isn't (http://www13.cd-wow.com/detail_resul...uct_code=19788) The lack of BBFC logo indicates that. They do also supply the British version, but it's 24.99 (http://www13.cd-wow.com/detail_resul...subcat=region2)

So for me it's ChoicesUK... :-) Voted HOT

I'm quite partial to the slimline Aussie cases, have more than a few (different series) & have never had a problem with playability on the region 2 & 4 versions.
Becks has posted the best price on the UK versions & this is definately worth doing for a few reasons -

1. There are people out there that get precious about all their boxsets looking nice or identical to each other sitting there on their shelves.
2. There are people that have no faith in any 'foreign' versions of DVD's & their playability (no matter how many times they've been told they're fine!?!?)
3. More than a few people had 'issues' with CDWOW when they had 'problems' last year & may not want to use them due to bad experiences. Personally, I've never had a prob with 'em & found them to be a lot better than several other big UK dealers.

PS - You know I've 'warmed you' Becks.....

My sister has the worst mix of Friends box sets. She has some of the early UK ones in those awful cardboard cases inside in an outer box. A couple of Aus sets that she got on ebay, which are excellent quality. Then the last few series' in the new UK box sets, which I prefer as they're very slim but still sturdy.

Basically, I'd rather all mine were identical so I'd be getting the UK versions just in case I couldn't get the Aus versions later or ended up having to pay extra for them.
