quick question about updating OPs
POSTED BY: AngelUndercover 3 months, 3 weeks agoI'm still getting to grips with this new site and wanted to ask a quick question.
I've just updated an old post with the latest code for tickets to Definitely Maybe on the 6th of Feb, instead of starting a brand new one about it (since the old code is still live and for exactly the same date). I then added a post at the end to let people see it by bumping it up.
Since then, the whole post seems to have disappeared, at least for me. Don't ask me where its gone...I've checked the freebies forum and the mail deals forum but its gone.
Anyway, Is it better to start a new thread or update an older post? I say this because, as with all tickets, if you're not quick, you miss out. On the old site, if I bumped the thread up, I knew people would see an update and manage to get their tickets asap. But now, since the thread has totally disappeared.......?

  boydent999 found it two seconds after I wrote the above post...I don't know why I couldnt find it after wading through the freebies n deals. Make sure that the big grey tabs are either on New or Discussed.
I think probably better to just start a new thread for a new code instead of updating an old one. I can only hope people managed to get their tickets. Cheers! |
