 Also, please note about the claim form in their T&Cs.  "Within 30 days of your first redemption period, a claim form will be sent to your address. This claim form will need to be completed and returned via post each time a redemption is to be made. The claim form must be received by us at the address specified for us in the claim form no later than 60 days after the valid claim date as specified in the claim form and must be accompanied by the duly completed paperwork as specified in the 'how to claim' section of the claim form. The claim form and paperwork must be legible in order to be eligible. The original claim form that we sent you must be used and no other form or letter will be acceptable in its place. If you have lost a claim form, please contact the Customer Services Team on 08709014711 to request a replacement claim form." I can see this being the potential problem with this - not sending out the claim form. But if you know about it and keep an eye out for it then you won't have any problems.
