My personal opinion:-
I've just got one of these from Co Op. The first one that was delivered I refused because it was damaged in transit (can happen with any delivery, tip- always check for damage or write unchecked when signing for delivered goods). Anyway customer services were very good, I got another one next day AM. Delivery times are very good from Co Op, you can select AM or PM slots for £5 extra.

The microwave is smart looking in silver with an amber display panel and flush controls which pop out. I think the menu system is the easiest most well thought I've come across in any microwave I've used. The accessories for the various grilling, oven, micro waving options are also really simple to use unlike some microwaves I checked from other manufacturers. Pizzas turn out great in the Panacrunch heat absorbing tray. Really pleased with this purchase :)
