It wasn't a scam, i had mine delivered fine but it does sound like your order didnt go through properly. You need to contact the company directly and tell them what happened and they should be able to refund you

They are a very highly reputable site and they have been very good whenever I have had problems. It you contact customer services, they will refund you for sure.
