P.P.S (14/3/08) I think I've gotten down to the bottom of this. Since Novell and Microsoft are both huge IT companies that want their products to be bought and used by smaller companies, they are more likely to mail out in a few working days to business addresses. That isn't to say that they've ignored you completley, you just aren't as important to them, why not.
