Ideally you will have a single wireless router either plugged directly into your adsl/cable modem or you may have a wifi router with adsl built in (in which case the adsl wall line is going straight into it).
Now your wifi router should have 4/8 ethernet ports. You can plug your pc, second pc and xbox360 into these ports or buy a few cheap usb wifi devices and just plug them into your pc's and you're cable free!

Does the xbox360 not have built in wifi??

No it'll not need a modem (I'm guessing when you say it doesn't have a modem you mean a 56k dial up modem)If it's new it should have a network card (very suprised if not) may even have wireless. I thought you where gonna have the Xbox ran from your PC's ethernet port? Why not just put the router central or close to the Xbox and run everything else wireless?

If its one of the dodgy AOL routers that only has 1-port you'll be best investing in something like a cheap netgear router to give you more ports.. or just go wifi with everything.
