GHD hair straighteners mk4 When did they come out?

It doesnt matter when they came out. My ltd edition pink ones broke and i sent them with a letter to GHD (address on their website) stating the problem and that i couldnt find receipt and they sent me a brand new pair in return. Mine were nearly 2 years old so i dont think you will have a problem. GHD have excellent customer service

We sent my sisters away and they said they were out of warrantee and they wouldn't fix them. They didn't have parts to fix them so we couldn't pay for that. And they said we could pay £10 to have ours back(admin fee) or pay £90 for some new ones. We paid the £10 and after a two weeks(5 weeks after initially sending them off) had heard nothing so we rang them and they'd lost them, so sent us a new paid of mk3's(which we had originally). Pretty stingy if you ask me, they charge us £10, then loose ours then don't even give us the latest model. Took 5 weeks in total, and we're only 15 miles from the factory/head quarters.

thats lame i have emailed them (tryed to call but its out of hours now). Hope it works out these things are expensive

Which states there is a 24 month guarantee as they have only been out for a year they have to fix them.

My friend had to contact ghd over a pair that had broken and said they where very good and never questioned her as to how old they where even and sent her a replacement pair. Good after sales service.
