Not the best switch to be honest, Ive heard a lot of problems about it.

If you are wanting one of these then try and get hold of the superior 245c control center instead.

my opinion is much higher than that, i have an upscaling dvd player, an xbox 360 and a wii connected and have had tham all connected to the tv directly (samsung 42" plasma) so have a direct comparison and there is no difference whatsoever in the quality of the image on the screen.

Bought one from ToysrUs in Chester for £29.99 last week. Superb in my opinion, I have wii, 360, PS2 and DVD player all connected with component. No problems at all.

Pretty cheap from Scan aswell, and they have the 245c for 'cheep'.

I brought one of these as my TV only has one HD input and I have two HD devices (Xbox 360 & PS3) and thought this would cover all my needs, however it didn’t… When playing a film or game through this device the picture cuts out for about 3 seconds and then kicks in again, when a flash happens (i.e. a flash bang being used during COD4 or a explosion in a film).
I have resulted to manually changing cables at the back of my TV, each time I want to use a different device, as every thing works fine when they are individually connected.

maybe alot more expensive but a decent av amp will sort out probs im...i use an onkyo 605 amp (cost me £350) but its 5.1 DTS/Dolby Digital (can link 8 speakers)
these cheap items are usually a waste of money
