I paid around this price nearly a year ago, superb tv but there are cheaper deals so cold for me.

Beware of reviews that gloss over the poor sound quality. The problem is clearly understated. The sound quality is atrocious. No matter what the setting, the sound quality is flat and unclear. I usually have to take the sound from the radio. I would not now even think of listening to music on this machine. It is so bad as to make me think I made a huge mistake purchasing it. Also, for football - just watched portsmouth v man u - there are problems with image trailing and colour distortion.
