I have these, other retailers charge £30 a stick for these - this price is INSANE!

No idea.

This memory is top-of-the-line overclocking stuff - if you will be leaving your memory alone then the OCZ DDR800 (that can be had for ~£27) is a much better buy. I have these sticks (well, 4 of them actually!) and so far each one i've had is good for DDR1075 when overclocked. These sticks will also run at DDR1000 @ 5-5-5-15.

EDIT - In short - If you have a Dell then i'm 99% sure you don't overclock - if so, then this memory isn't for you.

Thanks for the info Jakg - but would I be right in assuming that these would be ok for normal use (unclocked) at this price? They work out as reasonable compared to the DDR2-533 2GB kit at £28.19 direct from crucial. Also they're over £10 cheaper than the same DDR2-800 kit direct from crucial.
Any advice on which would be better in normal use? e.g. DDR2-533 or DDR2-800? I'd assumed that the 800 would be quicker and perhaps worth the extra cost.

They should work fine with your system, and considering the price of generic RAM i wouldn't bother looking at it...

Personally I'd go for the corsair stuff from scan.co.uk (free delivery if you link your avforums account to scan).

EDIT http://www.scan.co.uk/todayonly/ currently £31.71 for 2Gb of corsair on scan, or £32.89 for the fancy stuff with a heatsink if your looking to properly overclock

or would i be better off getting 4gb of that corsair stuff from scan and sell what i have?
