Not before my mobile phone melts my brain, or my deodorant gives me cancer. I try to take everything I read with a pinch of salt...... Now there is a contentious issue!

Precisely - live for now - don't worry what might kill you, you're going to die one day anyway.

To balance...hyponatremia. Ok - perhaps an extreme, but the way salt has been demonised it could be a picture of our future. Whilst I am all for the reduction of salt in processed foods etc people should also be educated as to the dietry requirement and benefits of sodium. Look at the way people treat fat now? You need it to survive! I guess until society understands moderation, either way its a losing battle.

I was joking but...
We do need fat...we don't need to be morbidly obese...there is a difference and it's about time the government did something about it, I support the drive on obesity 100%.
Before I get nasty comments...I was morbidly obese 3 years ago.
