yes, i think you need a wireless adaptor for the xbox which will then link to your wireless router etc. Im not sure if you need to have xbox live or just have it connected to get the download. I have mine just conected to my wireless router with the cable, much easier and cheaper lol

You need a hard drive in order to download the emulation software for Xbox games, and you need to be either connected to the internet through Live or you can download a disc on your PC from xbox.com for the emulator.

So out of the box, no you cant play xbox games on an arcade. You need a Hard drive.
