Entry is open to all permanent residents of the UK except directors,
management and employees of the Promoter or the agencies or companies
associated with the promotion and the immediate families of these persons.


The promotion commences on 11/01/2008 and concludes on 02/04/2008.


To enter, entrants must fully complete and submit the online entry form
found www.riceandeasy.co.uk to win one of 50 Shu Uemura gift sets worth £60 each. Competition will be judged on 02 April 2008. The winning entry will be posted on www.riceandeasy.co.uk; 50 winners will be notified by email and their names posted by 07 April 2008.



Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or illegible entries or
any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software,
failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of
technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website,
or any combination thereof.


Limit of one entry per person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify
the validity of entries.


Entries not fully complying with these conditions of entry will be deemed
invalid. The winner will be notified by e-mail and the winners details will
be posted on www.riceandeasy.co.uk Judges decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.


50 winners will receive a Shu Uemura gift set. No cash alternative. The judges will determine the winner by 02/04/2008. The prize must be claimed by 07/04/2008. If the prize remains unclaimed, that winners entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the prize to the next best valid entry. This process will continue until all winners are identified and the
prize claimed. The winner should allow 28 days for the prize to be
delivered.


The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
cash.


All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering, the
winner consents to the Promoter reproducing their entry, first name and
county of residence for purposes associated with promoting the competition.


The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be
liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or
consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or
sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any persons
negligence) in connection with accepting or using the prize, except any
liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is
limited to the minimum allowable by law).


The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the
purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants
