Sometimes these cheap Bluetooth dongles are not licensed. You might want to ask the seller if this is the case or not.

This doesn't really matter for simple tasks such as transferring pictures from your phone, but if you come to upgrade the software from the manufacturer from which the design was copied - you may have a problem. I own a very similar looking BlueSoleil based BT dongle.
