They have warehouses in several countries. If your DVD happens to come from the Canadian one then it will take nearly 3 weeks. But from ordering you have no idea which warehouse they will come from.

I have been using them for a few years now. Their customer service is the best I have ever come across.

If you have done some sales on eBay and have some money in your PayPal account... then you can send it to Axel (if you so wish) and they will issue a voucher credit on your account.

Most DVD's will arrive in about 1 week, but like I say some will take nearly 3.
