So they can decline to honour the 20% off and then charge you the full price. I have had this when ordering several items from catalogues

I have placed an order for this.
The confirmation came through on email stating that the promo code had not been accepted. I rang them and was told I could cancel the order with no promo code added and place a new order over the phone with the promo code. The discount was then applied.
I applied for the flexible account to pay for this as you get 28 days to pay the bill before any interest kicks in. If you pay over a longer period, you get charged a whopping 39.4% interest! Try to avoid thi wherever possible.
I went through Quidco too so hopefully I will get a 6% discount too - making this not too bad a deal.
I tried to ask for the buy now and pay feb deal but was told there is no way new customers will be able to get this. It is for established customers only.
There is also a firmware update now for all PS3 units - go to eu.playstation.com for more details.
I think it has firmware so that the PS3 now has HD audio and you can get blu ray extras via the web. xx

Voted cold because of a previous experience with MW.

I, as many others on here did, bought the PS3 remote for "£6.99" using the £15 discount code of theirs. They charged all of us £21.99 and only when I called up did I get the refund put back in my account - they said they were honouring it this one time, but in future they wouldnt.

So, word of warning. Make sure you have the funds in your account and even EXPECT to be charged the full price. You might get lucky and get it back, but you might not. And if you DONT have the funds, expect to be charged by your bank - you might expect £240 to go out, but if £300+ does and you dont have the funds for it, you're a bit ******.
