This seems like a good deal to me.

If you buy the 40GB PS3 from Amazon with GT5 for £289.99 you get a free HDMI cable. You can also use a discount code (on the PS3 console page) to get an additional game (such as Assains Creed or Fifa Street, Burnout etc...) for £15.

That's £305 for a PS3, GT5, Assains Creed and a HDMI cable. Seems like a hot deal to me.

I also wanted F12007, so threw that in for a further £19.99

Can someone tell me how this is a freezing deal?

If there are better ones out there please enlighten me before this gets dispatched!

You can pay almost £300 for just this console alone in other places!

Depends on your perspective of "Better", but you can get a PS3, Motorstorm, Resistance or Ratchet and Clank + an extra controller from Currys for 300 notes. Given a Controller cots more than a HDMI cable, and GT5 Prologue is under 20quid, pound for pound the Currys deal is better. The games in your pack are probably better (although Ratchet is top), so I'll vote hot.

Must say I saw this and thought it was a good deal. It is a 'quality ' HDMI cable worth £20. I am thinking of buying. Also it is a trusted retailer. Any problems and they replace it. Worth the peace of mind I say. Heat added.
