Dual Fuel 90cm Range Cooker (DELONGHI DFS090DO) WAS £600 - yours for just £431.99 (using 10% Discount Code) (even less with Quidco - 3%)

£431.99

This is a very good deal in my opinion for a decent brand range cooker.

As for all the best range cookers, it has a gas hob, but electric ovens (it has two separate compartments.)

It is already been reduced from £600 to £480, but can be ordered for just £432 using the discount voucher 10RANGECOOK (must be in upper case)

I hope this helps anyone who is in the middle of refitting their kitchen, like me, and needs a decent new oven at a good price.

Don't Forget 3% Quidco on top as well!

These are made in Italy like virtually all white goods in the world. These are made by Delonghi semi parent company Elba they are just badged OEM appliances. These are not bad machines tbh

looks very 'cheaper' to me.

The cooker is so basic, no oven lights, no self clean liners, no programmer AND your main oven is D rated! Awful energy efficiency; should ban these type of appliances and should force A-C rated appliances only.

Some cookers are still British made. Rangemaster, Stoves and some Belling are still UK made.

Ahh D rated that is quite bad , . plus why would someone want both electric and gas , most perfer to have either gas or electric not both.

So does this mean you have to pay for someone to come and fit the gas they pay someone to do the electric?

Having worked for comet until 2006 (was there for 11 years)

i wouldn't recommend this cooker at all. yes its cheap yes it looks ok but compared to others for a bit more like Belling or Cannon or Rangemaster the build quality is extremely poor, we used to sell alot of these cookers and a very high percentage would have some sort of problems within the first year like the pan supports would discolour or the controls would get very hot when the oven was on. Delonghi may have resloved some of these problems but i personally would still avoid these (admittedly i own a leisure rangemaster as well)

but just thought i would let ppl know as i believe the price is very competitive but dont let the price be the main reason to purchase this cooker

I forgot to mention that there is also a free delivery option too - always handy.

I've also found the following link with 52 user reviews for a wide 'range' (!) of opinions on this cooker, for anyone that is interested:

Yeah but for people on a budget that want the look and feel of a range cooker without the wings dings and bells that does the job then this is a good machine to have.

A Rangemaster is double the price of this and are for people who cook loads. If you have a large family then this is just right.

I would say these are no better or worse than a Belling/Stoves/New World (All Glen Dimplex Home Appliances) range cooker.

Your not going to get a dual fuel range cooker at this price with a decent energy rating.

Lots of criticism for this thread, I see.

However, I don't see many better offers for sub £500 range cookers being posted....
