they must have had lots of phone calls!!!!!

they were fine with me, no problems at all, i just said id seen it on the US site and id stopped using the ear phones because the tips kept coming off and asked about the stabilisation accessory, bloke said no problem he'd get them sent out. but then i phoned about 20:25 last night they shut at 20:30 so he had probably given up by then!!
