You can still place the order, and play are pretty good, usually not out of stock for long. Guarenteed these will be snapped up when they come in, quality dual digital tuner for £18!! I bought 2, one for the media center pc, and another for my main machine. Bargain IMO

have a look 4 yesterday
Is it the ATMT USB stick you're talking about. The Pinnacle device is much more useful item as it's dual tuner, so you can watch one programme whilst recording another or (I presume) record two programs at once. Essentially gives your computer full PVR capability. Also don't forget Bigpockets charge quite a lot for P&P, so all in this is a much much better deal.

great deal, this is currently on 'super special' with Aria at 17.95+6.95P&P+VAT(=29.26) !! which i very nearly bought yesterday.
So £17.99 all-in with Play is great deal. (even if currently out of stock its worth waiting for)

but u ca'nt put it in a lap top and the other one is usb stick
Yes, you're right there - really depends on how you want to use them. The ATMT is great for portabilty (I've got a Hauppauge stick myself) but the Pinnacle would form the basis of a great media centre PC.

A little misleading if you ask me, as far as I can see it's only dual tuner in so far as it has 1 x DVB-T and 1 x analogue so you can only watch 1-5 and record freeview or watch a freeview and record 1-5 you can't watch a freeview channel and record another freeview channel or record two freeview channels at a time. Not to mention you have to have 2 x aerials going to it to achieve dual ability. I'd rather pay a little more and get one with a single input and dual freeview.

This is also PCI-E. For those unfamiliar or have an older PC you'd do well to check out if you have PCI-E ability.

Just a point

Its dual freeview and dual analogue, and you only need one aerial source.

I have an ati all in wonder which requires 2 aeriels otherwise u can only watch what the aeriel is plugged into

Where did you look?
According to the Pinnacle website, you can record two DVB-T and /or analogue programmes.
http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSit...d+Pro+PCIe.htm
Check out the manual here:
ftp://ftp.pinnaclesys.de/Manual/Medi...V3010iX_EN.pdf

Also, reviewer on Aria website confirms one aerial input is all that is required:
https://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials...roductId=28679

Am I missing something?

"PCTV 3010iX is a PCI Express dual hybrid tuner card. It allows you to recieve digital terrestrial TV (DVD-T), analogue TV and FM radio. Depending on the antenna signals connected and software you are using, you can freely choose the two channels to be recieved/recorded at the same time.

- 2 DVB-T channels (TV or radio) or
- 1 analog channel (TV or radio) plus 1 DVB-T channel (TV or radio ) or
- 2 analog channels (TV or radio)"

Ordered, thanks

Have had to ask myself same question several times lol, as far as i can see the 3010 is not the same as the dual hybrid pro card.
I see what you mean about that manual tho, it is very confusing and having been bitten by this before i wouldn't like to place my money on it.
From something i have read before it is possible to record/watch two dvb-t streams from a single tuner but if true this based on the software, requiring;
a to only use the pinnacle software to do it
b a lot of cpu time
Its apparent that neither retailers reviews or pinnacle can be trusted to write clear guides and specs, so any who get this i wold be glad to guide on testing what is true or not

A word of warning in case anyone else is in the same boat as me....

I would like this card, and spec-wise my computer can handle it - it has PCI x1 and PCI x16 slots.

However, the PCI x16 slot is occupied by a video card that overlaps the PCI x1 slot - therefore the x1 slot is unuseable.

So I'll have to give it a miss.......voted hot though.
