Can someone explain why they are voting this cold please. I'm looking for a decent laptop with internet access and preferably a dvd rewriter, looks a good price to me but I am a techno dummy and would appreciate someone explaining why they are voting cold on this.

The reason being a while back someone posted a Dell deal for a really good laptop for about the same price. Until another Hot Dell Deal Comes back every other laptop deal is mediocre.

FYG, you'll find that most laptops come with wifi and dvd writers built in as standard.
