erm 5?....

Looks like this one http://www.woolworths.co.uk/web/jsp/...p?pid=50819373 which is out of stock which is 1400w however it does have a different SKU so wouldn't be confident

Does it matter if the tap providing the water has water running quite slow. My outside tap is pretty poor and not sure if this would reduce the quality of the pressure washer.

Pressure washers don't need very high pressure supplies. My outside tap is rubbish through a hose, but it's fine with the pressure washer.
