I've just had this delivered and thought it was worth putting on here.
I have two Zxycel 85mbps adapters now that work great, but needed another one to put in the garage where the reception from my wireless signal is sporadic. I've been on Ebay and the Netgear equivalent sometimes goes for about £30 delivered (second hand). On Ebuyer and the like, that goes up to more like £50, so these seemed a real steal.
Just plugged it in and its worked fine out of the box. The Powerline adapters are supposed to talk to all makes and models (as long as they're the same speed) so if you've got a 85mbps adapter now and want a remote one on the cheap, with a 4 port switch to boot, these are a good option.
