www.marsballsgetbritainplaying.com/npn. We will check a promotional pack on your behalf. One free entry application per person per day. All free entry applications to be submitted by 01.01.09
All winning promotional pack claims to be received by 01.01.2009.
Promotion running on marked MARS®, MARS PLANETS®, MARS Ice Cream® and MARS® drinks packs.
Promotional packs with a ‘YOU’RE A WINNER’ message printed on the inside (or on a leaflet within the bottle cap for Mars® drinks) will win one of 10,000 limited edition Mars-branded PVC footballs. The footballs are size 5.
Promotional packs with a ‘SORRY NO WIN’ message (or Mars® drinks bottles with no leaflet in the cap) have not won a prize.
Each football prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The ball will not be delivered inflated. The Promoter will not take responsibility for any balls which are over-inflated and there is no option for exchange. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.
If your promotional pack contains a ‘YOU’RE A WINNER’ message, send it (clean) to: Mars Balls, PO Box 133, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1HH accompanied by your name, age and contact details (including postal address and contact telephone number) to claim your prize. Only original packaging will be valid and the entire winning pack must be sent in, except for winning Mars® drinks packs, when only the leaflet found within the bottle cap should be returned.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize from receipt of a winning claim (or successful free entry application).
Only winning claims or free entry applications received with all necessary information will be accepted by the Promoter. Proof of sending a winning claim or making a free entry application is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any winning claims lost, damaged or delayed in the post or free entry applications not received for any other technical reason beyond its control. The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances, the Promoter shall have no liability to any entrants.
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
By participating in the Promotion entrants are deemed to have accepted the full promotional terms and conditions.
