Having had to deal with orange CS - they are really only a company that can be considered competent in offering discounts to the pictures on Wednesdays rather than anything else.

this might seem like a stupid question but I ordered a sim card online and have received it but there isn't 1000texts do I need to top up to get this?

I think you need to register with Orange before they are given!

thanks for the reply, i have registered already but didnt say anything about free txt etc. i get the credit and it says balance is 1p. has anyone got the texts?

Same here, ordered online. Registered, 1p credit but no texts :( very disappointed and a complete waste of time
just like the sun Vue cinema tickets which never materialised !

I found the terms and conditions seems like you need to top up £10 to get the texts!!!
