EXPIRED - Removed deal

I posted this afternoon a deal from Play.com for Stone Roses CD (direct link - http://www.play.com/Music/CD/4-/147984/Stone-Roses/Product.html ), and last time I logged on it was in hot section. Now suddenly there is no sign of it. It is obvious to that it has been deleted without any warning and for unknown reason to me. Is it to much to ask why?

Well thanks for the quick response, but before I posted a deal I did a search and nothing came out, so I went ahead. Now I can see it has been posted over two month ago. Fair enough, but I have encountered many times repeated deals reposted in shorter time gaps that were not removed and even went ahead and become a hot deals. Word consistency comes to mind.

If you encounter such things you are meant to spam and report them as is necessary - http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/16932...te-deal-posts/ - this is how duplicates are removed. If you did this you wouldn't be complaining now about 'consistency'....

The OP is right, there is not any consistency, duplicates are not necessarily removed.

If certain members post a duplicate deal, I no longer report them as they will not be removed.
