Staying at the 3* San Eloy hotel in Tossa De Mar, Costa Brava, Spain - Hotel - booked with thomson accomodation only costing £274 (£68.50 each)
This is All Inclusive meaning all local alcohol and food is included.

Price based of 4 persons sharing a 1 bed apartment.

Flights with Ryanair from London Stansted - £215.04 ( £53.76 each)

Making a grand total off £489.04 (£122.26 each)

Tossa de mar is a great location it is close to Barcelona and also the theme park Portaventura.

If you would rather go self catering it would only cost £97.33 each and the hotel would need to be booked with "holiday nights"

Could even get this down to £83.34 per person if you stay self catering at the 3* "Palamos" hotel in tossa booked with alpha rooms.

Tossa de Mar is a bit tired nowadays but good for a restful break. Nightlife not very good. scenery not very exciting...BUT, here's the BIG plusses.
1 The girls that go there don't have a lot to do in the evenings, either, so for any blokes, THAT should prove rewarding.

2. Hire a car and drive up to Andora.
Absolutely spectacular drive (Not for the feint - hearted) and be rewarded with VERY cheap clothing booze and fags. (Petrol half price too, so that will pay for the trip).

Perhaps spend a night or two in France, while you are there, then return to Tossa for the last few days.

NOW you have a holiday worth taking.

Great tip

Make sure you tell the hire car company you are taking the car to Andora/France otherwise you will not be insured

these apartments are designed for 4 persons - double bed in the bedroom and a double bed in the lounge - not much difference than having a hotel room each without the living room - the only difference is having to share a bathroom between the 4 of you.
