Could be a good price for some people - it seems this 35% off is an ongoing offer though.

Make sure it's the cheapest before going ahead - many insurance companies off quidco

remember it you find a cheaper quote challenge them and they will beat/match it

On the quidco front I think Lloyd's has the highest cashback but there quotes for me were astronomical

I always use one of the price comparison websites like moneymarket.com to get a load of quotes from the different insurance companies first, then write down the various quidco cashback offers against each one and then buy the policy via quidco from the one that comes out the best value. I haven't renewed any insurance policies with the same company in the last 2 years since joining quidco. What really bugs me though is when you receive your renewal quote from your current insurer, it is nearly always more than it would be if you bought a brand new policy from the same company via their own website. Even without quidco, I doubt if I would ever just simply renew a policy even if I wanted to stay with the same insurer.

I have just purchased my car insurance too - it came to £199 fully comp but will be getting £100 back fingers crossed so £99 for a full year - AMAZING.

How long did yours take to track as I will cancel if it doesnt track with the 14 day cooling off period.

We will see. Took out my car insurance with them through Quidco and that was in Feb. Still no sign of the £100

It has been tracked though but it comes up as Home Insurance. It also says payment due April 2008.

will consider this when next up for renewal .. thanks!

Could be hot, might not be .. since every quote is different, hard to vote whether this is a hot deal or not.

My wife's car insurance quidco earnings also showed as Home insurance when we bought a policy from Privilege (underwritten by Direct Line Insurance) last month but the amount was correct so I'm not concerned. April 2008 payments should be paid in the first week of May. I've just checked my quidco earnings (non-Churchill) that had April 2008 as the payment date and they both now show as 'received'.

In my experience Churchill are pretty good when it comes to quidco payments. Last June, I bought a buildings insurance policy from them which failed to track at all. I submitted an earnings query to quidco which was successful and I finally received the money in December so if your's has tracked then there shouldn't be a problem at all.
