EXPIRED - Best (Free) Business Bank Account?

Hiya, can anyone personally recommend a bank that does free business banking? Could really do with a mastercard to go alongside it too. Any help appreciated, rep will be given of course :D

I currently use Lloyds TSB and the applying and setting up etc was hassle free, either one years free banking or maybe 18 months! can't remember now!!.

Alliance & Leicester are doing 2 years free banking but not sure how good they are.

I don't have a mastercard so can't help on that front.
