Not received any email alerts today - why?

I have not received any email alerts today. Does anyone know if there is a fault. Can anyone advise how I sign up again as forgotton how to do it.

The team have been testing (and temporarily turning off) some of the customisation options to see how they affect the site's performance, so this could possibly be related to that.

Has anyone else had problems with this?

Same here, I got a few hundred email alerts over a few minutes and then an email from Admin saying it should be fixed. There haven't been any more alerts since then, though.

I had the same problem yesterday - no emails then 300+ in five minutes. But it's happened again today - exactly the same. None then loads! Glad to see it's not just me! I guess they'll sort it out soon enough.

Yes I can confirm this also.

Emails trickling through and then suddenly 200 + received both yesterday and today.
Looking at the posting times shows that the whole thing is very haphazard with times between 2 hours and 21 hours before on unsubscribed threads.

Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.

usual xp sp2 and ie7
