Solutions Forum

I would like to suggest a new forum entitled Solutions. Anyone that has a solution to a problem could post it here. The search facility would make it quick and easy to find if there is a solution to a given problem. For example, if someone is having a problem with their Tiscali broadband, they might enter Tiscali in the search box and discover that someone else has had exactly the same problem and found a solution.

I only mention Tiscali because I recently discovered a solution to a problem that must be quite common. This was after wasting some time and money speaking to Tiscali staff that didnt even recognize the problem.

It's a bit like the suggestions for a "help" forum, despite calls for it to be implemented it never has happened so far.

yep, agree too. Never know where to put requests for help. Misc doesn't get too many hits but put them elsewhere and you're in trouble. lol
