freeview does come cheaper (tesco did it for £10 a while ago....a taste of things to come) - not sure if cheaper ones have 2 scarts tho

voted hot but I don't think many people will,as you can get them a lot cheaper,but I bought one of these today and can appreciate how good a box it is. P.S I think it's been this price a wee while now.

You can certainly buy cheaper but.......

......this does have 2 scarts, a really sensitive tuner (the best I have seen) and built-in games to name but a few of its features.

Definitely worth the money IMHO.

Bought it for this price months ago. Doesn't look to special, just another plastic box, but... I have to say that this one works much better and picks up far more channels more clearly than the Phillips one I tried and even the Wharfdale one. Both these other 2 were much more expensive.

have to agree with you there, I remember last year puting somebody on to this box because of the great reviews it was geting, and it just so happened one of my boxes was playing up, so I WENT OUT AND BOUGHT THIS BABY YESTERDAY

Currently £16.89 in-store

Bought today since my Sagem IDT602 suddenly wants to update channels 24/7 - because of this I reckon http://www.freeview.co.uk/help/faq/id104963

Thankfully no probs yet with the one from Woolworths
