Cancel your orange mobile contract due to 07978 calls using CISAS and get compensation as well

Those of you who couldn't cancel your mobile contract due to orange saying u didn't qualify for cancellation despite using 07978 numbers, can now cancel your contract using CISAS service
All you have to do is raise a dispute with CISAS and explain them that you were eligible to cancel the contract but orange insisted that you were not 'eligible' and give them your orange itemised bill as ur proof and even some copies of letter to orange (if you wrote any)
You should ask for refund of line rental 15 days from the 1st day you gave them a notice to cancel or requested them to cancel
I got my contract cancelled and they paid me all line rental owed 15 days from my 1st notice.
I wrote about it in the original thread but it seems to have died now, so writing a new one to help everybody

It was with effect from 15 dec 07 but orange didn't allow everybody to cancel saying that they didn't used the minutes But lots of people tried This thread is for those people who tried to cancel at that time but weren't allowed to cancel their contract at that time. They all can apply to CISAS now beacuse its more than 3 months since they 1st raised this issue  I've got a converasation recorded as well of me arguing with a manager, i asked permission at the start as well  |
