It's weird, but the thing is, if it makes the food taste better to you, then so what?
Having said that, if you stop having the ketchup for a period of time, you may find that you discover that the food does taste better as your palate adjusts and you get to experience a wider range of flavours that you may not currently notice/be aware of.

Yeah i see where your coming from, because to me things that are nice only get nicer when ketchup is added
Sorry to those who see it as odd i am just probably too ignorant to notice food without ketchup... must be bad table etiquette if there is such thing!
