TFT Monitor

POSTED BY: aum1101 1 week, 4 days ago

i have a Ge force 6200 gfx card, 2Ghz processor, win XP SP2. I'm looking for a nice looking, good deal on a TFT monitor which is 20" at least. Looking to spend around 100-170, but I'm only going to use it for watching DVDs on PC, counterstrike source, and general PC usage, nothing hardcore.
these are (what i think are) good deals I've found so far

I don't know much about monitors and what a good price is so any help is much appreciated!!

I wouldn't touch samsung personally with all the problems they've had, but others seem to like them.

There doesn't seem to be a clear must-have for 20-22" monitors in your price range so I would go to somewhere that's likely to have a few monitors on display (pc world maybe) and see which ones you like.

Of the above I'd probably start looking for reviews of the BenQ (the misco saver) one first.

The dell E228WFP is worth looking at too, although it is £5 above your budget

The Belinea is what seems to me to be the best overall, 22" ,
Response Time: 5ms
# Brightness: 300cd/m2
# Contrast: 2000:1

but a friend highly recommended the samsung to me and the digimate is just plain cheap?
any ideas???
