Thought this was an amazing price!!

Manufacturer's Description
Dyson - the cleaner that doesn't lose suction. Others clog. Ours don't

Root Cyclone technology - Patented Dyson technology. Doesn't clog so it doesn't lose suction. Dyson has developed a unique system that does not rely on filters or bags to separate dirt from air. Instead it uses powerful centrifugal force to spin the dirt out of the air, so theres no clogging and no loss of suction

Reversible Wand - for instant cleaning

Hepa filtration - Approved for allergy sufferers - All models carry the British Allergy Foundation Seal of Approval

Self adjusting head - which automatically adjusts to different carpet heights

Trigger Bin release - for quick and hygienic emptying

No running costs - lifetime and no bags to buy. Filters particles as small as cigarette smoke and no need to replace - just wash every 6 months

5 Year Guarantee - Repeatedly tested for an equivalent 10 years of use to ensure durability. Dyson support on hand 7 days a week

Tough durable construction - Made from the strongest materials available to withstand bumps and bashes

Clear bin - Made from tough polycarbonate - the same material used in crash helmets - so it's strong and durable

Clean exhaust air - Air expelled from a Dyson contains up to 150 times less mould and bacteria than the air you breathe

On-board tool storage - Tools store securely on the machine so they're always on-hand

I've always had Dysons (3 in all) but I got the DC07 purple and grey one, it's stopped picking up and I only purchased it in August! It came with 5 years guarantee so I have contacted Dyson via a letter and am awaiting a reply...........

Currently have a henry and love it, great and picking up everything EXCEPT DOG HAIR. Is the Dyson better for pet hair? The current hands and knees with end of henry hose has to stop!

While working in a shop (for Dyson) I spoke to someone who had a Henry and said it was rubbish for pet hair so he bought a Dyson...and he worked for Henry!

A friend's Dyson broke and he told me that he was extremely impressed with the at-home repair service. If you phone them they'll probably arrange a visit there and then.

I have no idea how people manage to rate Henrys above Dyson uprights for picking up. I've used both quite a lot and there is no comparison. Perhaps on hard floors the henry is preferable but on carpets?! The Henry seems quite superficial in action. The dyson is horrendously loud though.

Good price.

I could buy this but I would recommend the DC14 animal, much better at picking up hair (hence the name animal).
Would have been a good price though after m £32.50 in amazon vocuhers.

I have this exact vacuum and love it.

Would never buy another hoover if its not a dyson. British designing at its best!
