Ah OK, that probably explains it (and I guess the fact the sun is shining during lunch hour is why I've noticed the lag for the first time).

OK still not working, so either the sun is especially good outside HUKD Towers and everyone has gone on strike or I have another problem.
Discussed shows that the last person to post in this thread is 'holdqav', but for me it's showing up as 'kobirlali' from 10.36am

And the last post in this should be by 'Shambler' roughly 1hr 30 mins ago, but it's still showing as me from 18.04 yesterday.

This might show fine for everyone else, in which case the problem might be my end, but it's one I haven't experienced before.

if they post and delete their name will still show as last posted even though their post isnt there, if that makes sense

OK working now, I can see some clouds in the sky. But seriously that sort of delay is kinda confusing and could impede the flow of a discussion or vital info.

It doesn't affect all posts and is quite vital in a lot of cases where it comes into play.

The moderated posts queue is checked when mods have time to check it. In truth, I deal with other admin tasks first, as they are more important. For example, checking out the new deals posted for spam or self promotion, and I leave the mod queue to last, as the contents are hidden anyway.
