The following notice has been published by the retailer:

Product recall
Sainsbury's 18 Chocolate and Toffee Crisp Bites (250g)
(Sold from the in-store bakery)
Best before 22 June 08 only
There is a very small risk that the above product may contain pieces of glass.
As a precautionary measure, we are asking all customers who have bought this product to return it to their nearest Sainsbury's Store where they will get a full refund.
No other products or date codes are affected by this issue, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
