£8 bottles of wine in 3 for £10 wine promotion instore at Asda

Not seen this posted for a while

Just been to Asda Sheffield where they had around 70 wines on 3 for £10 mix and match. Not a great deal on the surface BUT they had quite a few relatively expensive wines included in the offer.

I bought 3 Lindemans Winemakers Release Chardonnay which were priced at £8.14 for £10 - that is a saving of £14.42 - or 60% off!

Not sure whether £8.14 is the real price they would charge, or whether it is any good (I'll have some later!) but at face value seems a good deal

I hope that this offer includes the £8 bottle of red Lindermans that was on offer before Xmas.

If it was it is a great offer as I really enjoyed that wine and I've been looking for it since at 3 for a tenner

Sorry didn't look at the reds - though I would expect they have similar deals on red as they do on white

Bought £8 bottles before in Asdas 3 for £10 deal and they were Gooooood.

Dont think they re-price cheapies, seem like good deals, i'll have a look in my local.

They had some decent stuff at my local Asda on Sunday - but did I buy some? So overcome with the excitement of grocery shopping that I clean forgot!!!

Been buying 3 a week since before Christmas, I usually try and grab the more expensive bottles though it's no guarantee they will suit your particular palate. Asda tend to change around the various brands you can get in the 3@£10 deal, so there is always something different to try.

HEY HEY I stocked up with this deal before christmas my friends were laughing at me as I was looking at the prices instead of the wine's OOps Just got my kitchen done & it include's a build in wine rack so I'll have a trip to Asda for some nice plonk. At least the wine rack will be filled for a day. HEE HEE

A good deal no doubt, but as stated by other members, Asda always seem to have some kind of offer on - they just change the bottles included that week etc.

I did not see the £8 bottles in my local Asda, but i did get 3 £5 bottles of red jacobs creek which I was thinking of posting.

Asda are bad for our health!
