Whilst this is a good price if you can use it as a filler item, this is a really misleading title and IMHO should be changed. This Item has never been £19.99 at Amazon, that's just it's RRP. Elsewhere it's going for the £4.50 to £5 mark including P&P (e.g. £4.49 ChoicesUK, £4.97 Tesco, £4.99 Woolies).
